The Business Intelligence Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support UIP’s strategic goals. This position involves consolidating data, generating and validating reports, analyzing sales performance, and providing administrative support to the Business Intelligence team. The Specialist ensures the accuracy and reliability of data used across the organization and supports business units (BUs) with data-related tasks and reporting.

• Developing business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, dashboards and reports.
• Collect, integrate, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Undertake procedures and functions related to consolidated data, including report generation and data validation.
• Analyze sales performance metrics for the BU team, providing insights to drive improvements.
• Generate data for sales incentives and track performance metrics.
• Prepare, present, and distribute sales reports and other documents, including statistical sales reports, highlight reports, and master-list updates.
• Manage document submissions and updates for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in creating and managing business intelligence tools, databases, and reporting systems.
• Ensure effective use of BI tools and support end-users in creating and using sales report templates.
• Oversee the administration of the sales information system, including data entry and system updates.
• Support the integration of new customers into the system.
• Support business units with daily sales updates, validation of incentive payments, and tracking of payment requests for marketing programs.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports and manage document-related tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements in data management, reporting processes, and system functionality.
• Stay updated with best practices and advancements in business intelligence and data analysis.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in office software including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and databases; MS SQL Server, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Experience with system management, database management, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Understanding of data requirements for sales services and incentive programs.
