* SECURITY GENERAL MANAGER:
1. Overall security guard management:
- Guard training and issuing missions;
Improve checklist and security patrolling;
- Setting up security posts;
- Closely work with security vendor management board to ensure all the security guard fully implemented.
- Audit at security vendor to ensure the policies for guards are ensured.
- Monthly/Yearly evaluation on security vendor to ensure their standards.
2. Overall management on vendor cost and payment
- Manage cost for vendor under the company rules;
- Payment proposal for the security vendors monthly.
3. Overall security equipment management
- Verify, propose, set up, and maintain 24/24 availability of security system to meet the company’s standards and the customers’ requirements;
- Work closely with related divisions (Facility, GA…) to ensure security equipment operation.
- Improve security equipment in for high tech priority.
4. Overall emergency response
- Plan and execute various tests & exercises including Factory mock evacuation drills & incident management table top simulations.
- Alarm monitoring & response.
5. Overall VIP protection:
- Ensure completely safe for all the VIP delegations to the company;
- Work closely with internal related divisions (HR, GA, EHS, Facility…) to ensure the company’s policies for VIPs and their transportation;
- Work with external agencies (police) to ensure safe for VIPs (if needed).
6. Other tasks assigned by the Head of Security.

* SECURITY MANAGER (INVESTIGATION AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS):
1. Physical Prevention
- Overall incident prevention (thefts, fighting, gambling, fire using…);
- Overall setting information coordinators.
2. Information leak prevention
- Manage information security procedure applied properly;
- Improve information security flow and detect/complete gaps to meet security standards and customers’ expectations.
3. Incident investigation
- Manage appropriate investigation on security incidents and other cases of ethics/code of conduct
- Manage escalating and investigation any occurrences of breach of physical security and conduct root cause analysis, along with implementation of recommended preventive and corrective actions.
4. Incident report
- Promptly report to Head of Security about any incidents, deviations as well as support needs for Security.
- Closely work with HR and other related divisions to handle incidents in the frame of the company obligations.
5. Security supervision:
- Ensure day/night shifts (24/7) security patrolling;
- 24/24 security availability to handle security issues.
- Educate security supervisors to meet the security standards.
6. CCTV center operation;
- Overall management on CCTV center to meet security standards of the company and the customers’ requirements;
- 24/24 CCTV operation management;
- Educate CCTV members;
7. Hotline/Hotmail management
- Manage security hotline/Hotmail to receive information from the employees/customers/partners;
- Timely handle and give feedbacks.
8. KYC on high – risk employees
- Manage YKC on high – risk employees;
- Timely provide information to the CEO and HR to prevent risks.
9. Lost and Found center
- Manage all the lost and found assets/properties;
- Properly return the lost assets to the employees.
10. External relations
- Liaise with state authorities, police, procuracy, court and emergency services on a day-to-day basis, during mock exercises and real-life incidents and crisis situations
- Set up, maintain, and improve relations with law enforcement agencies to protect the company’s interests.
