* SECURITY GENERAL SPECIALIST:
1. Security guard management:
- Guard training;
- Improve checklist and security patrolling;Setting up security posts;
- Audit at security vendor to ensure the policies for guards are ensured.
- Issuing penalty on security vendor on faults during their operation at the company’s site.
2. Vendor cost and payment
- Manage cost for vendor under the company rules;
3. Security equipment management
- Verify, propose, set up, and maintain 24/24 availability of security system to meet the company’s standards and the customers’ requirements;
- Work closely with related divisions (Facility, GA…) to ensure security equipment operation.
- Propose improvement on security equipment in for high tech priority.
4. Emergency response
- Plan and execute some tests & exercises including Factory mock evacuation drills & incident management tabletop simulations.
- Alarm monitoring & response.
5. VIP protection:
- Propose plan to ensure for all the VIP delegations to the company;
- Work with internal related divisions (HR, GA, EHS, Facility…) to ensure the company’s policies for VIPs and their transportation;
6. Other tasks assigned by the security manager.


* SECURITY SPECIALIST (Investigation or External relations):
1. Physical Prevention
- Implement incident prevention (thefts, fighting, gambling, fire using…);
- Set information coordinators.
2. Information leak prevention
- Manage information security procedure applied properly;
- Improve information security flow and detect/complete gaps to meet security standards and customers’ expectations.
3. Incident investigation
- Appropriate investigation on security incidents and other cases of ethics/code of conduct
- Escalate and investigate any occurrences of breach of physical security and conduct root cause analysis, along with implementation of recommended preventive and corrective actions.
4. Incident report
- Promptly report to Manager of Security about any incidents, deviations as well as support needs for Security.
- Work with HR and other related divisions to handle incidents in the frame of the company obligations.
5. Security supervision:
- Ensure day/night shifts (24/7) security patrolling;
- 24/24 security availability to handle security issues.
- Educate security supervisors to meet the security standards.
6. CCTV center operation;
- Manage on CCTV center to meet security standards of the company and the customers’ requirements;
- Educate CCTV members;
7. Hotline/Hotmail management
- Manage security hotline/Hotmail to receive information from the employees/customers/partners;
- Timely handle and give feedbacks.
8. Lost and Found center
- Manage all the lost and found assets/properties;
- Properly return the lost assets to the employees.
