Your Key Responsibilities

Execution of client projects and assistance to Engagement Manager/ Director in project execution onsite/ offsite, ensuring timely completion and implementation for end-to-end project delivery and management according to the defined plan in a cost-effective manner, including but not limited to:

I. Project Delivery

• Manage small to mid-size projects at client sites and oversee project teams.
• Conduct relevant client meetings during the project, either individually or jointly with the engagement manager.
• Research and prepare data packs for presentations/workshop documents.
• Assist in the preparation of various on-demand reports and analyses for effective planning and decision-making.
• Set up a common documentation standard for the project.
• Study to gain knowledge/insights of given industry fundamentals while working on different projects.
• To identify opportunities to improve efficiency of project delivery
• Should have experience in developing project plans in Microsoft Project, advanced level of composing decks using Power Point, proficient in Excel, Word etc
• Should be able to manage project finances and maintain project margins.
  
  

II. Client Relationship

• Respond to client requests promptly and maintain appropriate working relationships with clients.
• Interact and maintain relationships with client project coordinators and other relevant client personnel.
  
  

III. Practice Development

• Assist in developing industry sector presentations.
• Assist in making proposals and approach notes.
• While, your focus areas in Technology would encompass either one or a combination of the following domains:
• System Implementation – ERP, CRM Solutions, Financial System, Enterprise Systems
• Data Management: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics
• IT Transformation: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Governance
• Emerging Technologies: Digital Solutions, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation

To qualify for the role, you must have

3- 5 years working experience in IT Industry primarily focusing one / a combination of the focus areas mentioned above, with min. 2 years working on Projects / Assignment as a key member of the project delivery i.e. Project Manager, Asst. Project Manager, Workstream Leader

Possess a strong understanding of organizations, processes and related regulations any of following business functions:

• Manufacturing,
• Supply Chain
• Real Estate
• Commerce,
• Logistics

Understand the purpose and flow of information among the systems interaction wintin an enterprise.

Knowledge with working experience exposure to various technology consulting areas like Digital Transformation activities.

Intermediate level of understanding about emerging technologies such as Cloud, IoTs, RPA, etc.

Systematic view on the adoption of technologies into a given context (application, process, operating model, etc.) on banking industry.

Experience in infrastructure, both on-prem and Cloud, is an advantage.

Proven track of record in one of the following sectors is highly preferred:

• Consulting i.e. Big 4 firms, IBM or equivalent
• FMCG Industry
• Conglomerate – diversification of Real-estate, Hospitality, Educations, others
• Manufacturing – smart factory, connected devices
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese in speaking, reading and writing is a must
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word is a must
• Experience in using MS Project, Visio, Orbus, Sparx, AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Integrity, positive mindset and willing to challenge self and team constructively to achieve exceptional results at work.
• Professional Credentials i.e. CSM® by SCRUM, PMP® by PMI, TOGAF by The Open Group, and ITIL/ITSM would be an added advantage
