 Manage the operations of Finance department and control the financial function of the property.

 Manage the accounting team and review work done by subordinates to ensure completeness & accuracy.

 Oversees the preparation and timely submission of all financial and other management reports of the company.

 Work closely with local property team/outsourced vendors/auditors to ensure that all financial transactions and records are in accordance with applicable local accounting standards and requirements.

 Ensure Group accounting policies and procedures are compiled, and financial reports are prepared timely and accurate.

 Ensure adequate internal controls and ongoing compliance with group policies/statutory requirements.

 Provide suitable financial information to enable management to make sound business decisions.

 Support and enhance workflow & financial process improvements within the group.

 Work closely with management and other departments on mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies, special projects, due diligence and legal coordination.

 Ensure the maintenance of sound accounting system and adequate internal controls.

 Oversee and advise on all operating budgets and business plans, and ensure soundness of financial forecasts, plans and assumptions.

 Administer insurance matters. Attend to all insurance claims relating to accidents, fires and water leakage act.

 Monitors and manages all paid out and income payment of the company.

 Facilitate identification of means to control expenses and generate revenue to achieve targeted objectives.

 Assist other function in reviewing customer related processes and make recommendation for change.

 Handle full financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, group consolidation, cash flow, tax, VAT reporting and budgeting.

 Plan, develop and purchase materials, supplies and equipment in a timely and effective cost way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and other local tax/ finance regulations.

• Experience with financial systems and accounting software.

• Critical thinking skills, to evaluate financial decisions.

• English fluency.

• Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self-motivation & enthusiastic.
