We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our team. The C&B Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C&B management, with the ability to handle complex issues, communicate policies effectively, and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance C&B policies: Develop, update, and implement comprehensive policies and procedures related to employee compensation, including salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and other related programs.
- Communicate and disseminate C&B policies: Effectively communicate and educate employees on C&B policies, ensuring a clear understanding of compensation and benefits programs
Handle C&B disputes: Address and resolve any disputes or concerns related to compensation and benefits by directly engaging with employees, providing guidance, and finding appropriate solutions.
- Manage and lead the C&B team: Supervise, coach, and develop the C&B team members, ensuring their continuous growth and optimal performance.
- Payroll, Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT): Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, and deductions. Manage issues related to changes in headcount and provide necessary guidance to subordinates.
Act as a point of contact for feedback and solutions: Listen to feedback from department heads, provide expert advice, and develop solutions related to compensation and benefits. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports for auditing and inspection purposes.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in C&B management, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, policies, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
Proficient in payroll systems and software, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
