FINANCIAL RETURNS

 To assist in pricing, testing and menu planning, as well as the actual control of the cost.

 To attend in inventory stock counting as schedules of Cost Controller.

 To do periodic spot checks in the bars to ensure that established drink par level are followed. Getting the explanation for any unusual items.

 To ensure that goods received by Receiving and Store personnel are checked for weights, quantity. To check that all details on the invoice or delivery orders match with the Purchase orders and other purchasing document and goods are correctly received.

 To keep a daily record of inter-kitchen transfer, complimentary, ect and allot proper credits to the respective kitchens.

 To check daily all OC ENT bills submitted by Outlet and keep record file. Sent out report to HOD every ten days for review and compare to Budget

 To check daily Receiving Document and Import in MC before exporting file and pass to AP. Work with AP and purchasing for any discrepancy on Price

 To set up master data on MC

 To train and support other department in using MC

 To assist Cost Control in data tracking when requested for cost and expense analysis

 To work with F&B outlets for recording Spoilage

 To check and do allocation for Decoration Expense set up by HSK

 To spot check par stock in Beverage Store, Dry Goods Store and outlets

 To assist Cost Control in MC Month End Closing and input data to Sun System

PEOPLE

 Assist in routinely train Receiving and Store Keeper and assist in ensure them have full knowledge of their respective job responsibilities.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

 To be courteous and professional when in contact with outside companies/ suppliers and to maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Hotel

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

 To assist Cost Controller to ensure that all established policies are implemented and followed in the

following areas: Price must be follow Market list; Receiving; Storage and issuing

 To check all store issues and transfers for appropriate authorized signatures.

 To assist in spot check cleanliness of storage freezers and all other stores under his direct responsibility to ensure good hygienic conditions and orderly arrangement of stock items

 To check all damaged goods and to make sure discard report are properly made.

Qualifications 

 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.

Experience 

 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
