Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and contacts using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Coordinate the logistics for site inspections, presentations, and client visits.

Compile and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

Track sales performance and key metrics, ensuring the team meets targets.

Monitor, update, and manage the CRM database to ensure accurate client information.

Conduct market research to assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and trends.

Serve as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after the sales process, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with both current and potential clients.

Provide customer service support, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and resolving client issues or directing them to the appropriate department.

Coordinate the booking process for group bookings, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth transitions between the sales team, reservations, and operations departments.

Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

Ensure all client needs are communicated to the relevant departments (e.g., housekeeping, catering, and front office).

Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for contracts, proposals, and client correspondence

Manage and order office supplies for the sales and marketing department.

Assist with general office administrative duties, such as managing the team’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales office.

Perform other responsibilities assigned by management team.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera, or similar).

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing platforms).

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
