About Our Client

Job Description

AI Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products. Lead cross-functional teams in building machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI algorithms that deliver high impact to our customers.
Leadership & Team Building: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and AI team. Provide leadership in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent in AI, software engineering, data science, and other technical disciplines.
Innovation: Drive continuous innovation in AI technologies, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and others. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table for the advancement of our technology stack.
Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of technology efforts with the company's business objectives. Contribute to the creation of product strategies and user experiences.
Investors and Stakeholder Communication: Present technical strategy and progress to investors, clients, and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with key partners and represent the company at technical events, conferences, and forums.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or a similar leadership role in a fast-growing technology startup, with a strong focus on AI, Security, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
