Be in charge of all Food and Beverage activities as hotel and owner strategies.
Observe employee-guest interaction and talking with guests, working through the Department Head to coach employees in guest service skills as necessary.
Ensure that each profit outlet (e.g. Outlet, Bar, Event Service) is operated in line with maximizing profit for the hotel.
Oversee and implement initiatives and ideas, looking for new and innovative ways to provide heart-touching service.
Handle the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets related to the Food and beverage department.
Work closely with the Marketing department to prepare an Annual Marketing Plan for Food & Beverage.
Recruit and select Food and Beverage employees. Follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting employees.
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field
