*** Job Responsibilities
Provide professional technical advice to our customers through on-site support for paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met and the job is completed according to the contract and customer satisfaction.
The position will report to the Technical Service Supervisor and will be based in Da Nang or Quang Ngai.
- Supervise surface preparation and paint application for Protective & Marine Coatings paint.
- Operate daily technical service by planning, directing, and evaluating workflow, painting procedures, and paint supply to ensure project quality and timing.
- Communicate, provide, and monitor technical advice to applicators, consultants, contractors, and owners.
- Handle on-site complaints by checking, verifying, and providing technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction with Jotun's service and products.
- Obtain market situation reports on completed projects to ensure Jotun remains competitive.
- Understand Jotun's HSE policy, the role of the Coating Advisor, and relevant working processes.

*** Qualifications
- University graduate in Chemistry, Mechanical, Construction, Marine/Shipyard, Technology, or other relevant fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support and customer service; experience in Protective Coatings, Marine Coatings, or paint technical service is preferable.
- High sense of responsibility and professionalism to represent Jotun at construction sites.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills.

WOCAL Ke Ga Glamping là khu nghỉ dưỡng sinh thái sang trọng nằm dọc theo bãi biển cát trắng dài 3,6 km nguyên sơ tại Kê Gà – Thôn Cây Găng, xã Tân Thành, Huyện Hàm Thuận Nam, Tỉnh Bình Thuận, Việt Nam, gần Đảo Hòn Bà và cách Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh khoảng 2,5 giờ. Chúng tôi cung cấp trải nghiệm cắm trại sang trọng độc đáo kết hợp sự thoải mái của chỗ ở sang trọng với sự giản dị và thanh bình của thiên nhiên. Những chiếc lều được thiết kế chu đáo của chúng tôi-Sunshine 27, Sunshine 38 và Dreamer 49- cũng như tòa nhà khách sạn với 16 phòng, cung cấp cho du khách nhiều lựa chọn phù hợp với sở thích của họ.
Khu nghỉ dưỡng của chúng tôi có nhiều địa điểm ăn uống, bao gồm Pho Bar, Beer Bar, Wine + Cocktail Bar (Tequila Bar), Tree Bar, Lounge và khu vực BBQ Sunshine 95. Du khách có thể tham gia nhiều hoạt động như chèo thuyền đứng, tập thể dục ngoài trời, bắn cung, bỏng chuyến bãi biển, đua xe địa hình, mô tô nước, bóng ném và chèo thuyền kayak.
