Organizational Structure Management
Advise and support the Head of Human Resources in evaluating and proposing improvements to the company’s organizational structure.
Collaborate with department heads to build and adjust the functions and responsibilities of each department, ensuring alignment with the company’s development strategy and goals.
Position and Job Title Management
Create and update job descriptions (JDs) for positions within the organization.
Conduct labor market surveys on salary and benefits policies, periodically or as requested, and work with the Head of Human Resources to develop a total rewards system tailored to each position.
Develop and manage the system of job titles and positions, ensuring logical consistency and alignment with the organizational structure.
Competency Assessment System Development and Implementation
Develop and improve tools and methods for competency evaluation to support accurate and transparent assessment processes.
Develop competency standards for positions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s development strategy.
Implement periodic competency assessments for all employees, ensuring objectivity and effectiveness in developing individual and organizational capabilities.
Talent Development
Implement appointment and employee rotation processes, monitor and assess succession planning, ensuring the company’s sustainable development.
Develop policies for succession planning and employee rotation to ensure the continuity and development of future leadership.
Coordinate with the Training Department to identify the needs for developing a successor team and participate in the evaluation and selection process for the successor team.
Reward System Management
Develop and manage the company’s reward system to motivate and recognize employee contributions, fostering engagement and improving productivity.
Implement the company’s reward and recognition programs.
Establish clear, fair criteria and processes for rewards to ensure employees are evaluated and rewarded appropriately.
Objective Management System (KPIs and Monthly Job Targets)
Monitor and evaluate the results of KPIs and monthly targets, proposing improvements to optimize the KPI system and performance metrics for regular assessments (annual, monthly).
Support departments in setting, assigning, and adjusting KPIs in alignment with the company’s development strategy.
Organize and implement the KPI management and monthly job target assessment system for departments and individuals within the organization.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in building competency assessment systems, job positions, salary and benefits, and employee development
At least 2 years of experience in organizational development, performance management (setting up KPI systems)
Organizational, task prioritization, and project management skills
Foreign language: IELTS 6.0 or higher
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Problem- solving skills and change management abilities
