Responsibilities:

• Handles all correspondence in and out of the office.
• Handles telephone calls and appointments.
• Arranges the meeting calendar of the Executive Chef.
• Arrange for various meetings and take minutes.
• Establish and maintain various filing/records/databases of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.
• Organize business travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.
• Keep the calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.
• Prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents.
• Coordinates the flow of information between Kitchens, Store, Sales and F&B Departments.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Executive Chef.

• The ability to display an interest in all kitchen and hotel activities and help colleagues when and wherever possible.
• The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Fill out the appropriate log sheets according to our standard on a daily basis.

• Proficient in the English language.
• Education: University degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role with a five-star hotel.
• Other: Excellent communication and coordination skills, computer skills, and Microsoft Office.
