YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical skills:

- Good understanding of Microsoft-based laptop and infrastructure systems deployed for software development enterprise environments, including the OS, productivity, and collaboration (Office 365, MS TEAM, sharepoint), messaging and communication (MS TEAM, ZOOM) identification (Azure AD), centralized updates (MIntune), and security.
- Good understanding of MacOS-based MacBook, IPAD, apple device and Apple systems (JAMs, Apple caching system).
- Good understanding of on-premises system and on-cloud system, cloud service provider (AWS, AZURE)
- Good understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure services, such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, security (proxy, firewall), infrastructure monitoring system, etc.
- Good understanding of security standards ISO27000/27001, risk management and related procedures.
- Experience in dealing with telco circuits: internet, voice, MPLS, telecom
- Experience with anti-virus / anti-malware.
- Experience with Video conference/audio/electricity/ live stream system

Non-technical Requirements

- The ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Excellent organizational skills and documentation skills.
- Experience as a lead or project manager would be a plus.
- Solid vendor management skills, including telco providers, systems integrators, etc.
- Ability to understand customers and their requirements.
- Takes ownership of problems or issues within his/her control
- Executes goals and objectives; makes and keeps commitments.
- The ability to work with the ticket system, incident tracking system, change management system, risk management system.

Education, Experience & Certification

- Bachelor or above degree in computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years or more relevant full-time working experience, where having worked in an international environment would be preferred.
- Azure/AWS/Cisco/Juniper/security certification would be preferred.
ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
- Character and personality are in line with the NABVN values.
