Job Summary – (Role Summary)

• To be wholly in charge of all design and artwork required of hotel the supervision of the Marketing Communication Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

• Understanding and application of Graphic Charter for hotel the artwork file

• Update photos of resort facilities and services when requested by Marcom Manager.Assists in the preparation of Press Releases for hotel.

• Assist Marcom Manager in maintaining digital library of press clipping and artwork for hotel.

• Assist Distribution and e-Commerce for development and design of digital images for hotel

• Assist Marcom Manager with hotel photography when requested.

• Upkeep and comply all Hotel policies and procedures.

• Comply with Accor data privacy policy.

• Maintain pleasant image at all times, friendly and neat.

• Have a high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards colleagues, guests, suppliers and other clients.

• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain a good working relationship with various departments with a high level of communication and co-operation in the interests of customer service and improvements in the working conditions of the hotel and department.

• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Marcom Manager

Required Skills –

• Pleasant personality, very guest satisfaction oriented.

• Autonomy, able to build up his / her own material to work.

• Well presentable, will have to represent the hotel when prospecting new business inside and outside the resort (Phu Quoc).

• Ability to work mainly on stable hours but also at time of events, evening and week-ends when needed.

• Marketing savvy….

• Creative

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Corel Drew and Illustrator.

• Good listening skill

Qualifications –

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Graphic Arts or related field preferred.

Experience –

• Experienced in graphic arts functions either as a Computer Graphic Artist.

• 4 years’ experience in sales & marketing.
