* THE SITUATION

Pizza 4P's is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, finance, and tax functions. This role is integral to ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations in Vietnam, supporting our growth strategies, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

* WHAT YOU WILL DO

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with Pizza 4P's business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Review and reconcile financial data, transactions, and accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Tax Compliance and Planning:
- Manage all tax-related matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting obligations.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies, minimize tax liabilities, and support business objectives.

Financial Controls and Risk Management:
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and accounting standards, advising management on potential impacts and adjustments.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
