HR Director hold important role in HR business partnership to General Director and employees driving for the strategic human resources vision and objectives. The role is responsible for translation business strategies to HR strategies, drive HR objectives and plan and providing strategic talent consultant for business leaders.


Description

* Partner closely with Leadership Teams to fully comprehend business needs and ensure HR goals and action plans are clear and consistent with the departmental strategic vision
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders built on business knowledge, HR expertise, integrity, respect and trust to ensure HR has a respected voice in the organization
* Providing leadership and direction in the development of short-term and long-term HR plans and initiatives, drive the HR execution plans with high commitment and quality deliverables, and add value on the business
* Build a strong engagement between departments, acting as facilitator between employee level to maximize cohesiveness and cooperation
* Enhance positive employee relations environment through a meaningful communication strategy. Foster a culture based on service and teamwork at all levels in the organization
* Drive the organizational design of the organization, and propose changes to meet the ever-changing business needs and achieve the organization strategies
* Lead HR center of expertise to ensure strong talent pipeline, filling vacant positions timely recruitment for all open positions in Vietnam operations and actively build talent pipelines through networking and employer branding
* Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive rewards system that includes compensation, benefits container, recognition, and incentives.
* Develop and execute performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
* Collaborate with managers to provide guidance and training on performance management practices.


Profile

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1 Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field



1 Experience

* At least 5+ years of experience working in HR management or a similar role, preferable in manufacturing industry for above 3000 headcounts
* In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, laws, and regulations
* A strong strategic mindset and analytical skills to plan and execute HR programs and initiatives
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to interact with various stakeholders
* A high level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
