• To ensure the safety and security of the assets of the Hotel, Guests and Connectors. This includes the duties of Connector Entrance, Guest Entrance, Lobby, Check- Point;
• To ensure that the Hotel is a safe environment to work in and that our Connectors are following safe measures of working;
• The Security Officer will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained;
• Present and visible in the Guest Entrance, he or she is easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go; Contributes to guests' sense of well-being and loyalty, by establishing a warm and personalized relationship;
• Gives priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures;
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration. Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers; puts them in contact with the appropriate people;
• Handles any customer objections, comments or complaints; provides a response as soon as possible while the guest is still at the hotel;
• Make sure no hotel or guest’s property are taken out without approval and to refuse the access of unexpected persons;

• Strictly control hotel staff, visitors, suppliers and contractors coming in and out;
• To react quickly to an emergency situation;
• Highly focus on the monitors of guests and quickly react when finding guests in difficulty

• Patrol the entire premise (to include Back of House, Front of House, Ballroom, around hotel);
• Take notes any defects, unlocked door, misarranged fire extinguishers, suspicious
• item, strange smell, intruder, obstacles blocking the escapes;
• Check the hotel's garbage upon it's collection, following the Rules of the hotel;
• Control all vehicles coming in and out the hotel and back of house keys;
• To perform other related duties and special projects as required by the Security Manager/ Operation Manager, both within and outside the hotel.

• Formal culinary education or equivalent certificate;
• Experience working in international settings, particularly in hotels, is highly desirable;
• Expertise in Asian cuisines and Western, cooking techniques ingredients, and flavors;
• Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards;
• Fluency in English and office computer skills;
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
