Position Summary

The Finance Manager is crucial for handling financial matters for our client, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. The role involves collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for daily operations and investment projects, while adhering to local tax and audit regulations.

The Finance Manager’s contributions will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This position demands a high level of integrity, commitment, and the maturity to exercise sound judgment and ownership over financial issues.

Requirements and Attributes

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 7 to 10 years of practical accounting experience, including at least 4-5 years with a Big Four accounting firm, in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment with essential exposure to the Asia region.
• Experience in a finance business partner role for corporate investment projects, including financial and tax due diligence and financial modeling, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in IFRS, with experience in consolidation or investment accounting involving overseas entities; familiarity with SAP and GST matters is advantageous.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector, with international development institutions and investment funds, or regional experience in Asia, is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
• High proficiency in both oral and written English.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
