Coordinate and manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Works closely and effectively with the Vice President to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation.
Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the VP.
Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkers and external partners
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
