Role Description

The position is responsible for revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of business activities in Financial Services Department.
• Regularly interact and coordinate with the telesales team to carry out sales activities to target customers.
• Coordinate with sales team to conduct market research, make and jointly implement marketing and sales plan.
• Based on the monthly/quarterly performance of business sales KPIs, measures to support sales staff to fulfill business targets are proposed.
• Proposing training plans on sales skills, corporate products, etc. for sales staff in order to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
• Plan and implement sales stimulation programs / sales mechanisms.
• Support to answer the questions about all aspects of business activities.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Sales, and Project Management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a business setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Good understanding in fintech / banking.
• Hard-working, energetic, ready-to-learn.
• Independent, team-work and presentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, good command in English is a plus.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point…)
