Supervise all EOSH (Organization, Safety and Health) activities within Plant
- Propose measure to improve safety conditions and follow up Corrective Action Plan
- Ensure all activities with safety condition time to time about Electrical safety, Compressor gas, Fire control system, Work at height, Confined space, Hot work, Forklift safety, Hazardous materials
- Control ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001 management system
- Daily plant check to ensure safety compliance at all production lines, utilities area, water treatment, workshop, raw material, warehouse finish good, distribution and office
- Non conformity/Noncompliance report daily
Manage safety of contractors/visitors
- Ensure no violation from contractors/visitors and no accident related to safety
- Daily check and recommend solution for safety improvement in Plant
- Organize safety training, provide work permit, do inspection and control when contractors/visitors have entered the plant
- Organize the Safety training the drills as per the requirement of Legal and Coca Cola
Organize the drill training yearly
- Daily check and recommend solution for safety improvement in Plant
- Organize Safety training the drills as per the requirement of Legal and Coca Cola
Others task is assigned by Direct Line Manager

- Understand which parts of the machinery needs particular attention
- Have a sense of safety, responsibility and ability to work under high pressure
- At least 02 working years of experience of relevant EOSH position in plant and manufacturing environment
- Team work, Ability to do routine work with minimum control
- Knowledge about Environment, Health
- Graduated College/University for technical field in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Technical knowledge and Safety skill
- Understand the safety regulation of Electrical, Mechanical, Equipment
- Able to understand and apply new technologies
- Problem solving skill, Analytic skill, strong communication skill
- Good experience for ISO management system (ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001)
