• Supports Company’s philosophy and company’s culture through the use of MGallery standards and essentials on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

• Reporting directly to AFOM/Front Office Manager. The Duty Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day to day operations of Hotel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection.

• During their duty, Duty Manager is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism. Their main role is to ensure the proper work of the operations in all areas of the hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field in Hospitality Industry

Strong leadership, training and management capability

Excellent communications skill both in English and Vietnamese
