• Overseas the daily operation of the bar, inventory, purchasing quantities and quality expected
• Create a new beverage concept for all the outlets
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Train and supervise all the outlet staff

• Bring more revenue to the F&B outlets
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and costumer engagement

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Educated in a Hotel Management or Vocational Studies specializing in Culinary and Food Management.

Minimum 1 year experience as Kitchen Helper in 5* Hospitality.

Equip with basic knowledge HACCP or ISO22000 food hygiene standards.

• EXPERIENCE:

Basic reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

1 year experience in kitchen covering all aspects of pastry cooking.

Must possess a level of creativity and quality standards
