- Manage large amount of customer request on daily basis.
- Identify and access customers' needs to archive satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Perform essential request from Customers and task as Customer Care Staff such as: VAT request; point accumulation redemption; exchange product request, product quality feedback; other related to customer service.
- Read and response email according to Lotte Mall's information.
- First response to emergency requests, situations and direct to respondent section.- From 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center (Receptionist & Customer Care Position, etc.)
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good problem solving and complain handling skills
Working shift: 6 days/week
