The Position
OPSWAT is looking for a QA Analyst to join our CRM Platform team. In this role you will be responsible for developing test cases and procedures, testing the features and functionalities in our Salesforce platform and other go to market tech stacks, work with other team members to resolve defects, and coordinate sign off with business users before production deployment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong in root cause analysis as well as an understanding on working in an agile and sprint environment. This position is based in our Ho Chi Minh City office and work with peers around the globe.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions, including configuration and customization.
- Design and Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.
- Define testing standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand test scripts and documentation.
- Participate in scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from Go to Market teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) pre-deployment and ensure all requirements are met.
- Document and report defects, and work with administrators / analysts to resolve them.
- A Minimum of 2 year QA experience in Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience working with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Customer Support Ops, FP&A would be ideal
- Knowledge of Testing/Planning Tools/Testing Practices
- Experience with third-party application integrations (i.e. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Customer Portal, Bamboo, NetSuite)
- Experience working in an Agile and Sprint environment
- Experience with JIRA or Other Defect Tracking Software
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
