What we expect you to perform
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive, multi-channel campaign strategies (email, socials, ads...) for demand generation; coordinate with all stakeholders, document campaign plans, and monitor their execution.
- Enhance demand capture by improving customer experience and utilizing appropriate tools.
- Create co-marketing campaigns with partner networks across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with the event marketing team to research and identify third-party conferences, sponsored events, and hosted partner activities; manage timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless execution, leading to qualified opportunities and sales pipeline growth.
- Contribute to the content strategy and work with the content marketing team to continuously enhance value for customers.
- Manage and track budgets to ensure effective ROI measurement.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Who you are
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in marketing, ideally in demand generation and enterprise B2B marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passionate about data, with the ability to manage, collect, and report on metrics that drive action and solve problems.
- Keen interest in the latest marketing technologies and their potential to drive demand.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
- Familiarity with systematic testing processes is advantageous.
- Experience with Magento, Shopify, and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
