Job description:
Assigned for company strategic and other related major investment project execution management, support company sustainable growth.
Assigned for optimize process by Automation engineering solutions.
Assigned for major CAPEX project management, ensures the CAPEX project delivery in safety, on schedule, with scope &quality, and control project cost within budget as planned.
Support global CAPEX project management standardization; ensure the CAPEX investment project execution following company standards.
Control process troubleshooting for utility/Facility equipment, Leader for PM utility equipment: A/Cs, Forklift, Fire Fighting System, Chiller System, Air compressor, emergency equipment and water supply system.AIG, HSES procedures compliance/update and documentation.
Set up, update & maintain the engineering part of site HSES dossier.
Periodically audit AIG equipment to ensure they are in compliance.
Supervise contractors’ work to make sure they comply with the company’s requirement of quality, AIG and HSES.
Ensure all statutory equipment are met the requirements.
Control the implementation of PTW procedure.
Project management, Defines project standards.
Selects and leads a multidisciplinary project team including the several engineering disciplines such as process technology, HSE, piping & layout, mechanical equipment, civil, HVAC & utilities, electrical, instrumentation, automation.
Maintenance /utility cost management.
Resources management & development.
Identify training and develop needs for contractor & maintenance team required to deliver the business strategy.
