Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, complies with safety policies and procedures. Follows safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both the laboratory and in the field. End results are zero or minimum safety incidents and a clean, orderly working environment.
Conducts a significant level of formulation or technical work (in the lab) as defined in the project plan
Asks appropriate questions to clarify requirements, expectations and critical performance parameters.
Documents (lab) results, visits, etc. through appropriate reporting systems
Is familiar with and applies relevant experimental, development and/or analytical approaches and techniques.
Follow guidance from global/regional and local for all development/service activities from R&D. Actively work with all team members to understand the work environment/situation and prepare reports/improvement plans.
Delivering project results on time, ensuring quality and feasibility, according to business needs
Correct use of methodologies, tools and systems
Work closely with manager to update/report KPI and proactively take action to close all pending action lists from the lab
Responsibility for cross function communication to understand & manage customer complaints and drive necessary action to support team to solving problem. Work deeply with team to build the continues improvement process to meet business requirement.

Bachelor's Degree with relevant major in Chemical Engineering
At least 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
Fluent English communicaion
MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word), SAP, PV, Share point
Leadership skill
Communication skill & detail orientation
Work under pressure, willing to work overtimeLaptop
