AvePoint Da Nang is looking for an IT Support to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PCs and configure Windows systems
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot IT issues for office users
• Manage IT assets, inventory updates, and support asset audits
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT/Office Manager

Requirements

• College/University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Knowledge of security operations and change management
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for IT and technology
• Experience with server rooms or data centers is a plus
• Good English communication skills (Chinese is a plus)
• Cloud operation experience is an advantage
