Reporting To: General Manager Div/Dept/Unit/Sect: Ho Chi Minh City / Ha Noi Location: Vietnam Job Purpose (Briefly state you job's overall objective) As part of the strategic & transformational direction to advance Vietnam, this position is created to lead, plan, manage and implement the growth and development of ESG corporates for Maybank Vietnam. The key responsibility is to oversee the account planning, business development and revenue uplift for domestic market. This role also requires managing, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders of major line of business in Vietnam and Malaysia. Principle Accountabilities Achieve Business Performance - Ensure strategic objectives are translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress. - Identify growth opportunities, market trends and potential competitors operating via thorough market research and analysis. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, regulators and industry influencers. - Collaborate with international units to accelerate network referrals. - Manage and track income uplift, budgets, forecast to ensure profitability in the market. - Assess potential risks and challenges associated with Maybank Vietnam's expansion in the market and develop mitigation strategies. - Identify and evaluate direct and indirect competitive landscape, client pain points and evolve workflow needs to maximise efficiencies whilst reducing risk and costs. - Contribute to the development of Vietnam revenue uplift for the next 3 years by providing a view on potential improvements for products or services and an assessment of the existing situation and anticipated changes in the external environment.Qualification Level of Education: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or above.
