Warehouse Internship

• Process all transactions for receiving goods, raw materials, and finished products into the ERP system.

• Print warehouse labels for inbound goods in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

• Process all transactions for issuing goods, raw materials, and finished products from the ERP system.

• Verify that outbound finished products match both the physical stock and ERP records, and complete all required documentation for goods dispatch.

• Process all transactions for internal stock transfers (location changes, transfer from regular warehouse to RMA, MRB warehouse, and vice versa).

• Perform inventory counts according to scheduled cycles: daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

• Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of common formulas.

Planner Internship

• Monitor and track the progress of all production orders on a daily basis, ensuring any delays or changes are promptly identified. Update relevant notes and remarks in the daily production plan to keep information accurate and up to date.

• Compile and prepare consolidated reports summarizing the overall status of production orders, highlighting completed tasks, pending work, and any issues that require attention from the production or planning team.

• Participate in internal meetings related to production planning and progress review. Take clear and accurate meeting minutes, ensuring that action items and responsibilities are properly recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

• Required skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and English.
