1. C&B:

- Time-Attendance & Payroll: Prepare and process monthly payroll (Vietnamese and Foreigners, manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

- Personal Income Tax: Register new PIT code on new hire, check and register dependents for PIT relief, make PIT monthly declaration/report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities. Be responsible for PIT finalization yearly for Vietnamese employees.

- Labor contract /employee’s records management: Review, follow-up to complete labor contract preparation process on time (including probation contract) & annex, maintain employee’s labor contract & other records in personnel file properly.

- Salary Survey: to survey and update C&B market trend to provide high standard and modern perks and benefits programs.

- Reporting: Make monthly/periodic internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.

- Initiate and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care.

2. Recruitment:

- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies and employee administration across Vietnam to ensure the effective talent sourcing according to company's recruitment requirements.

- Collaborate with the hiring department to deliver high-quality and timely recruiting service to the hiring managers.

3. Training:

- Following and making HR Induction Training for all new employees.

- Following the Training Matrix and reminding departments to make Re-training courses for operators who need to re-train on a due date.

- Filing & Storing Training Records of all employees.

- Ensuring that the Training schedule is completed fully as training plan.

4. Employee Relation:

- Assist in handling employee complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions.

- Be responsible for the communication of company information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization.

- Cooperating with the Trade Union to handle suggestions/complaints of employees on time.

- Create a bridge between the employees and the employer to keep a positive relationship.

5. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, other related regulations, and company policies.

- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders.

6. HR Database Management: Update and maintain the HR database as required

Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

.        University degree/master’s degree in any disciplines, Business or HR preferred or equivalent experience.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles.

·        Experience in working with HR Management system/Software

·        Communication with calm, effective, out-going.

·        High sense of responsibility in confidential matters; commitment to honesty, integrity and quality with a high work ethic.

·        Good command of English is essential.

·        Be Good at computer skills (Word, Excel...).
