Project Coordination:

• Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications 
• Facilitate coordination between the internal teams (Business Consultant team, Delivery team, Pre-sales team) and all external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines

Team Collaboration:

• Engage with the Delivery team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects
• Ensure that the Delivery team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including: Project Plan; Minutes of Meeting (MoM); BRD/FRD; UAT Checklist; Go-live Checklist
• Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders

Problem Solving:

• Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
• Manage issues, change requests, risks, and dependencies throughout the project

• From 1.5-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Assistant/PM Assistant in IT company
• Fluent English speaking since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (Vietnamese & English)
• Must-have: Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle: Kick-off → Analysis → Configuration → UAT → Go-live → Support, with experience in Odoo being preferred
• Communication & Collaboration Skills: Effective communication with all project stakeholders
• Focused and proactive follow-up; tactful in reminders and coordination without shifting responsibility
• Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
• Having the ability to research, time management, coordination, problem solving, etc
• Willing to learn, proactive, open mindset
