• Lead, plan, and execute social media communication all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Groups, email marketing) and marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and image targeting key segments.
• Analyze data and assess the strengths and weaknesses of partner management. Collaborate to develop solutions that enhance performance.
• Work closely with agencies and communication support teams (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc.) to deliver cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with the Brand team to design and implement marketing promotions and activations aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Partner with various functions (Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Admin, etc.) to support ongoing projects, competitive analysis, budget management, and media planning.
• Develop and coordinate product shoots aligned with seasonal themes and marketing objectives.
• Monitor, track, and report on events, promotions, and campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Track and report on advertising and promotional spending on a monthly basis.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

·     Knowledge of Luxury/fashion/Cosmetic/Retail is a plus.

·     At least 2 years of experience working in marketing role.

·    Strong reporting skills.

·    Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through

·    Positive attitude, result-oriented, resourceful, innovative

·    Good command of English in writing & speaking

·    Has experience in opening new stores activities and activation

·    Competent in office computer skills

·    Highly committed, passionate, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
