Mô tả Công việc
1. Performance Report Analysis:
- Extra data from DW for collections performance analysis/requirement from Management;
- Do segmentation analysis on portfolio from collections point of view
- Provide data to back-test / Do simulation for new suggestion/scheme/campaign
- Do forecasting weekly/monthly of roll rates/provision.
2. Reporting
- Provide weekly/monthly report of Collections performance
- Update result of all reports as required (allocation, performance,…)
3. Operating:
- Track and monitor the performance for new bonus scheme/pay out/ target setting
- Do pilot/ champion-challenger to test the efficiency new approach/ new scheme….
- Set allocation plan for Collections Division
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree of statistics, mathematics, economy, IT or related area
- at least 1 years of experience in Data Analyst, Performance Management, Monitoring,... relevant fields.
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in Reporting skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PL/SQL
