1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's technical hiring needs.
2. Partner with managers to understand their technical talent requirements and develop job profiles and specifications.
3. Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry-specific communities.
4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and technical communities to expand the talent pool and enhance the employer brand.
7. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to effectively manage candidate data and workflows.
8. Provide guidance and support to managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top technical talent.
10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
11. Plan and implement the succession team program;
12. Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by direct Manager.
