Job Description
Your Mission
The LiveOps QA Specialist plays a crucial role in driving end-to-end localization and live operations of our Games, driving smooth user experiences in-game. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring cohesive and impactful user engagement and making our game launches hit the mark and exceed expectations.
Your Quest
- Delivering smooth game live operations: conduct configuration and QA for game. Champion the improvements of tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end localization to Vietnamese workflow, and coordinate multiple localization project timelines between different stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality & timeliness of deliverables.
- Stay in constant contact with international operation teams to ensure high quality deliverables or localization and product live operations.
- Analyze, report and continuously aim to improve all in-game operations against targets, benchmark and analyse live ops practices in the industry.
- Supporting other game functions on an ad-hoc basis, and other tasks as required.
Your Stats
- A deep love for gaming with experience of playing different game genres is a must.
- Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience, with prior experience or exposure in/to an operations role in the tech industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in localization/translation of various contents, with experience in working with Gaming localization is a plus.
- Hands-on approach and impact-driven focus to constantly pushing game operational excellence and delivering fantastic player experiences
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese & English is a must.

Garena là nhà phát hành trò chơi trực tuyến của Singapore. Công ty phân phối các tựa game trên internet ở nhiều quốc gia tại châu Á cũng như châu Âu và châu Mỹ, bao gồm các trò chơi đấu trường trực tuyến nhiều người chơi (MOBA) như Heroes of Newerth, trò chơi bóng đá trực tuyến FIFA Online 4, trò chơi MOBA di động Liên Quân Mobile, trò chơi nhập vai Blade & Soul và nổi tiếng nhất là Liên Minh Huyền Thoại (nhưng đã trao lại quyền phát hành cho Riot Games và VNG từ ngày 6/1/2023).
Năm 2017, phát hành Garena Free Fire, với hơn 80 triệu người chơi hoạt động mỗi ngày tính đến tháng 5 năm 2020.
Vào năm 2019, Garena đã công bố kế hoạch tổ chức lại các lợi ích khác nhau của mình với tư cách là một tập đoàn trực thuộc Sea Limited. Garena hiện là một trong những công ty con của Sea Limited (chẳng hạn như công ty thương mại điện tử Shopee) và tiếp tục là công ty bảo trợ cho lợi ích chơi game của Sea Limite. Garena hiện vẫn còn đang vướng vào lùm xùm vào việc phát triển các tựa game gây ức chế với một số người dùng và game thủ nói chung.
