Position: Admin & Data Analyst

Location: Mapletree Business Center, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hour: Mon – Fri | 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Contract: 12 months – Sign with 3P-Talentnet

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% document record and management, 50% data and reporting
Analyze requirements or concepts and propose viable solutions that bring high value for business and end-users.
Work closely with the development team to make an automation data report.
Review data and dashboard periodically to make sure all reports are up-to-date and accurate.
Identify process improvements, ensure data quality, and perform other duties assigned by the department head
Independently plan and execute small-scale projects, monitor timelines, proactively update stakeholders on progress, and seek guidance or recommend actions as needed.
Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Manage and handle large amounts of incoming requirements/ questions from customers and partners by providing accurate and complete information or assign to the right PIC.

2. REQUIREMENT

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of working experience in data analyst or similar position
Experience with data cleaning, data modeling, data reporting, and project coordination
Background in administrative support preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and BI tools
Knowledge of data visualization, automation tools, and statistics

Analytical And Soft Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, and mathematical skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated project management, planning, and progress tracking abilities
Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration and presentations

Flexible and open to support

3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary: 15,500,000 gross/month
Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
Annual leave
