As a graduate hire on our 2025 Programme, you'll be attached to a specific business team as a full-time, permanent member of staff, working on business-critical tasks and projects to answer this question, from day1.
You'll enjoy a flexible, hybrid working schedule and the same progressive benefits that we offer to all Gurus (employees).
You'll also spend approximately 15-20% of your time on group learning activities, exclusive executive networking, and deep-diving in to the application of specific skills to support your professional development. All this is designed to provide you with a broad skillset and a cross-functional, cross-geography professional network in an accelerated timeframe.
We will have openings starting in multiple departments including Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Product, HR and other functions.

Who You Are:
- PropertyGuru does not offer work permit sponsorship for the Prodi-G programme so you must have the permanent legal right to live and work in the country of your application
- A final year student who will have graduated in 2024 or H1-2025, with no more than 3 years of professional relevant work experience
- An ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a track record of academic and entrepreneurial achievement
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at multitasking and effective prioritization
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal (to participate in Groupwide learning and projects)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Digitally native, with expertise across the Microsoft Office suite, social media tools and AI
- Enthusiasm for learning, with a proactive stance towards embracing new challenges and roles
