Key Responsibilities

Presales & Bidding
Lead project opportunity assessment (Go/No-Go decisions)
Define bidding strategy, high-level technical solutions, and financial/commercial proposals
Control committed scope and contractual risks
Participate in bid clarification and contract negotiations
Contract Signing & Project Initiation
Review contract terms (scope, pricing, schedule, payment, penalties)
Approve Project Charter and overall PLC plan
Organize internal and customer kick-off meetings
Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms
Project Delivery Oversight
Oversee overall project progress and milestone achievement
Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal regulations
Control scope changes and manage major risks
Coordinate across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams
Act as senior contact point with client executives and stakeholders
Acceptance, Settlement & Project Closure
Define acceptance strategy (PAC / FAC)
Oversee acceptance and legal documentation
Control payment conditions and project cash flow
Manage warranty obligations and remaining contractual commitments
Conduct project review, lessons learned, and propose follow-up opportunities

Authority

Make Go/No-Go decisions for projects
Approve PLC plans and contract adjustments within delegated authority
Represent the company in engagements with clients and senior stakeholders

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT and/or project management
At least 3–5 years managing large-scale projects or programs
Strong understanding of:

Government-funded IT projects
Bidding regulations and IT contracts
Acceptance and settlement procedures

Proven experience working with ministries, local authorities, and large enterprises

Core Competencies

End-to-end project governance
Contract negotiation and risk management
Cross-functional leadership and coordination
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
Decision-making under pressure

Preferred Certifications

PMP / PgMP
PRINCE2 / ITIL
Contract or project legal management certifications (a plus)
