Your role
The Procurement Change Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of the procurement champion model managed by the Central Procurement team. The role will involve working with stakeholders across the organization to identify and develop a change management plan, as well as to implement and manage the change process. The role will also require the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, as well as to build and maintain relationships.
Key Accountabilities
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.5 (or equivalent Linguaskill 170).
To be eligible for this position you must be a Vietnamese citizen. Applications received from non-Vietnamese candidates will not be considered.

Your role
The Procurement Change Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of the procurement champion model managed by the Central Procurement team. The role will involve working with stakeholders across the organization to identify and develop a change management plan, as well as to implement and manage the change process. The role will also require the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, as well as to build and maintain relationships.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and lead the procurement champion model strategy, plans, and interventions across the university, supporting leaders in the design, communication, and delivery of all change readiness activities and engaging stakeholders. This includes:
- Designing and developing Champion program plans
- Identifying and assessing stakeholders and their needs
- Developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies for the program
- Managing the program process and tracking progress
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation plan.
- Reporting on the progress and results of the change.
- Working closely with project delivery leads, senior leadership, to ensure the organizational approach to change is inclusive, dynamic, efficient, and ultimately delivers desired outcomes and ownership.
- The Procurement Change Manager will be responsible for the supervision of procurement champions. This will involve:
- Developing, delivering or facilitating training programs for procurement champions on procurement principles and practices.
- Providing coaching and support to procurement champions.
- Monitoring the performance of procurement champions and providing them with feedback and guidance
- Ensuring that procurement champions are aligned with the overall commercial and compliance objective.
- Identifying and addressing any challenges or roadblocks that procurement champions are facing.
- Reporting on the performance and progress of procurement champions to the Head of Procurement.
- Control and Compliance
- Ensure regular purchasing transaction reports consolidated by Procurement champions are generated timely as required for monitoring purpose
- Monitor key performance indicators on commercial and compliance objective
- Provide procurement insights to Category Manager for driving towards cost reduction and continuous improvement strategy
- Use transactional insights and benchmarking to influence the Procurement business processes towards best practice process efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure probity, transparency and compliance in all activities
- Member of Internal audit team for purchasing activity audits as required
- Identify and take action upon actual or potential risks in the course of operation
- Evaluate on a regular basis the effectiveness of relevant processesand controls,and take up discussion with manager as necessary
- Maintain sustainable procurementpracticesalignedwith leading practice systems,process,policy,financial integrity and probity, protecting the credibilityof the central procurement function.
- Working knowledge of and experience in consultancy/advisory role and familiar to change methodologies and models;
- Strong commercial awareness skills and an ability to apply this to the Education sector, acknowledging difference and similarities;
- End to end project lifecycle experience and working knowledge of a variety of project methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence and coordinate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic project priorities.
- Extensive experience in developing stakeholder engagement plans within the context of change to breakdown resistance and deliver high engagement and required project outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Tech savvy, open to using new systems and tools to improve the way we deliver services.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills, including the ability to work collaboratively, liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and to communicate effectively on complex issues.
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, think strategically and creatively and to adopt an active approach to problem solving.
- A high degree of resilience and ability to cope with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Leadership skills in a cross-functional team environment in matrix environment;
- Proven capability to drive and manage changes, with a customer-focused and result-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, lean team environment with the associated flexibility;
- Excellent written and communication skills including ability to develop and deliver high level proposal, report, presentations
- Contract duration: 12 months

Lịch sử thành lập
- Ngày 08/8/2001, Công ty Cổ phần Hoa Sen, tiền thân của Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Hoa Sen, được thành lập với số vốn điều lệ 30 tỷ đồng, bao gồm 22 nhân viên và 3 chi nhánh phân phối – bán lẻ trực thuộc.
- Năm 2002 – 2003, tăng số lượng chi nhánh lên 34, tập trung chủ yếu tại các khu vực: Miền Tây Nam Bộ, Đông Nam Bộ và Duyên hải miền Trung.
- Ngày 08/8/2004, khánh thành trụ sở Tập đoàn Hoa Sen tại số 09 Đại lộ Thống nhất, KCN Sóng Thần 2, Phường Dĩ An, Thành phố Dĩ An, Tỉnh Bình Dương. Đồng thời, đưa vào hoạt động dây chuyền sản xuất tôn mạ màu I, công suất thiết kế 45.000 tấn/năm.
- Năm 2005, số lượng chi nhánh tăng lên 56, đồng thời đưa vào hoạt động các dây chuyền sản xuất tôn mạ kẽm I, dây chuyền mạ màu II và dây chuyền mạ công nghệ NOF.
- Tháng 11/2006, thành lập Công ty Cổ phần Tôn Hoa Sen với số vốn điều lệ 320 tỷ đồng.
- Tháng 12/2007, Công ty Cổ phần Hoa Sen đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Hoa Sen và tiến hành nhận sáp nhập 3 công ty, gồm Công ty Cổ phần Tôn Hoa Sen, Công ty Cổ phần Vật liệu Hoa Sen, Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và Xây dựng Hoa Sen.
- Ngày 5/12/2008, cổ phiếu của Tập đoàn Hoa Sen được niêm yết tại Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP. HCM với mã chứng khoán HSG.
- Năm 2009, vốn điều lệ của Tập đoàn tăng từ 570 tỷ đồng lên 1.008 tỷ đồng.
- Năm 2010, hoàn thành giai đoạn 1 Dự án Nhà máy Tôn Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ và nâng tổng số chi nhánh tăng lên 106.
- Năm 2012, công bố hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu mới.
- Tháng 3/2013, đưa vào hoạt động dây chuyền sản xuất tôn mỏng (công nghệ NOF) với công suất thiết kế 120.000 tấn/năm thuộc giai đoạn 2 dự án Nhà máy Tôn Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ.
- Ngày 8/01/2014, đưa vào hoạt động các dây chuyền thuộc giai đoạn 2 dự án Nhà máy Tôn Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ, nâng tổng công suất thiết kế các dây chuyền hiện tại của Tập đoàn lên gần 1 triệu tấn cán nguội và 1.2 triệu tấn tôn mạ mỗi năm.
- Năm 2015, tổng số chi nhánh tăng lên 190 và vốn điều lệ của Tập đoàn tăng từ 1.008 tỷ đồng lên 1.310 tỷ đồng.
- Năm 2016, được vinh danh “Top 50 công ty kinh doanh hiệu quả nhất Việt Nam 2016”, khẳng định khả năng quản trị xuất sắc, minh bạch, chiến lược rõ ràng và tầm nhìn tốt của Ban lãnh đạo Tập đoàn Hoa Sen cùng nỗ lực của toàn thể CBCNV Hoa Sen trong hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh và đón nhận huân chương Lao động Hạng Nhì do Chủ tịch nước trao tặng.
- Năm 2017, Tập đoàn lần thứ hai vinh dự nhận được giải thưởng “Công ty được quản lý tốt nhất Châu Á” do tạp chí tài chính Euromoney bình chọn. Cũng trong năm 2017, hệ thống ERP được triển khai, đánh dấu bước tiến lớn của Tập đoàn trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị. Cuối năm 2017, Tập đoàn được vinh danh trong Top 3 – Mid Cap Doanh nghiệp niêm yết có hoạt động Quan hệ nhà đầu tư tốt nhất 2017 (IR Awards 2017).
- Năm 2018, vốn điều lệ của Tập đoàn tăng từ 3.500 tỷ đồng lên 3.850 tỷ đồng, đồng thời chính thức triển khai tái cấu trúc HTPP trên toàn quốc theo mô hình Chi nhánh Tỉnh.
- Năm 2019, Tập đoàn hoàn thành công tác tái cấu trúc HTPP theo mô hình Chi nhánh Tỉnh. Cuối năm 2019, Tập đoàn được vinh danh trong top 100 Doanh nghiệp phát triển bền vững năm 2019.
- Năm 2020, tiếp tục đạt Thương hiệu Quốc gia cho cả 3 nhóm sản phẩm: Tôn Hoa Sen, Ống nhựa Hoa Sen, Ống thép Hoa Sen (lần thứ 5 liên tiếp), khẳng định vị thế và uy tín của Hoa Sen – thương hiệu dẫn đầu trên thương trường.
- Tháng 03/2021, tiếp tục thiết lập kỷ lục xuất khẩu mới với sản lượng 121.000 tấn, doanh thu xuất khẩu vượt mốc 100 triệu USD/tháng. Tập đoàn Hoa Sen đang dẫn đầu và chiếm gần 1/2 sản lượng xuất khẩu tôn mạ toàn ngành với kênh xuất khẩu rộng khắp đến hơn 87 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ.
- Ngày 25/4/2021, sản phẩm Tôn Hoa Sen và Ống thép Hoa Sen vinh dự nhận Giải thưởng Vàng Chất lượng Quốc gia 2019-2020. Đây là giải thưởng cao nhất về chất lượng sản phẩm hàng hóa do Thủ tướng Chính phủ trao tặng nhằm tôn vinh những doanh nghiệp đạt thành tích xuất sắc trong việc nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, dịch vụ, năng lực cạnh tranh và hiệu quả hoạt động, hội nhập với nền kinh tế khu vực và thế giới.
- Ngày 23/04/2022, được vinh danh Top 10 Công ty Vật liệu xây dựng uy tín năm 2022 do Công ty Cổ phần Báo cáo Đánh giá Việt Nam (Vietnam Report) đánh giá dựa trên các tiêu chí như Năng lực tài chính, uy tín truyền thông, đánh giá của các bên liên quan trong giai đoạn 2021-2022.
- Ngày 19/5/2022, cửa hàng thứ 100 của Hệ thống Siêu thị Vật liệu xây dựng & Nội thất Hoa Sen Home chính thức được khai trương, đánh dấu hành trình phát triển không ngừng nghỉ trong suốt hơn 1 năm của Hệ thống Hoa Sen Home.
- Ngày 08/09/2022, Tập đoàn Hoa Sen là doanh nghiệp tư nhân Việt Nam duy nhất được tôn vinh “Doanh nghiệp nộp thuế lớn, tuân thủ tốt pháp luật về hải quan” do Tổng cục Hải quan phối hợp cùng Tạp chí Hải quan tổ chức bình chọn, đóng góp vào sự phát triển bền vững của đất nước.
- Ngày 17/9/2022, cửa hàng thứ 110 của Hệ thống Siêu thị vật liệu xây dựng & Nội thất Hoa Sen Home chính thức khai trương, đánh dấu cột mốc phát triển vượt bậc của chuỗi Hệ thống Siêu thị Vật liệu xây dựng và Nội thất Hoa Sen Home trên toàn quốc, vươn lên một trong những hệ thống phân phối vật liệu xây dựng hàng đầu tại Việt Nam.
