- Advise the Design Management Division and the Board of General Directors on all matters related to interior design.
- Develop the "Design Brief" and participate in evaluating interior design and fit-out contractors.
- Collaborate with the interior design consultants to monitor project progress and ensure the quality of design documentation during the conceptual and schematic design phases.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Board to oversee the schedule and quality of interior design documentation during the detailed design and construction documentation phases. Fulfill the role of design author supervision during construction.
- Support and collaborate with other departments on tasks related to interior design.
- Lead or coordinate with other design disciplines during the implementation of interior design.
- Stay updated on regulations, standards, and legal frameworks as a basis for managing interior design.
- Participate in interviews, evaluations, and proposals for staff transfers and appointments.
- Test functionality post-development; collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Preference given to candidates who graduated from universities in Europe or the United States.
- Capable of overseeing comprehensive design solutions aligned with construction realities to ensure optimal project performance.
- Strong collaboration with consultants, reviewers, and relevant parties in the design, verification, and approval process to ensure documentation quality.
- Proficient in managing and directing overall project schedules and quality.
- Ability to select and adjust materials and equipment to maximize project effectiveness.
- Proficient in English communication.
