- Manage end-to-end operations performance (first and last mile) at assigned area. Ensure highest cost efficiency, area performance, and people capability and productivity.
- Develop strategies to drive synergy across different hubs in order to meet Operational Service Level Agreement, productivity improvement and SOP development.
- Lead operation improvements by tracking, improving and achieving all operations KPIs (Lead Time, loss & damage, SLA breach, Failed delivery, etc.).
- Drive ongoing deep dives on operations end to end performance (including campaigns) and come up with recommendations on how to optimize current set up.
- Be also responsible for working with other members such as the Top management, Linehaul, Sorting, etc.) in order to drive overall growth, customer and seller experience, as well as cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead operations root cause analysis with responsible teams and incorporate the findings into key actions.
- Require working with multiple business teams across the company to manage operations projects, drive continuous improvement and enhance operations performance (first and last mile).
- Identify problems in the operating plan to escalate to relevant stakeholders and teams. Also follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management is mandatory and 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership & managerial skills to manage big teams and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams
- Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, planning and strategic mindset and good capacity to structure and drive operations audits
- Very strong operation's go-and-see mindset (Gemba, Kaizen, Lean) to be able to find gaps in our current operations processes to drive operations optimizations.
- Strong project management skills and drive improvement initiatives execution to be able to manage a transport operations roadmap
- Analytical in examining and identifying relevant information, and translating these insights into clear operational plans
- Keen eye for detail with an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality
- Proven fast learner; Able to adapt in an agile environment
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Hands-on, willing and able to travel across different sites to ensure smooth operations
