Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the lounge and bar.
Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant
Manage restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Collaborate with the sales department to plan, execute, and report on promotions and incentives aligned with events and seasons.
Supervise and manage staff, ensuring adherence to processes and hotel standards.
Respond promptly to and handle any emergency situations that may arise during food service operations.
Prepare regular financial and asset management reports for the department.

Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience.
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong team management, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
Good knowledge of F&B, F&B trends, with a main focus on healthy and vegan food and beverage options (prefer buffet), a business developer who can manage multiple outlets, trains the team and is well organized.
