Facilitate the deployment process for new customers, ensuring they understand the functionalities and value of KiotViet products.
Build relationships with customers at all levels to understand their personal and business challenges.
Work from Monday to Friday (8:00- 17:30) and Saturday morning (8:00- 12:00)
Conduct regular check- ins with customers/ foreign agents to ensure satisfaction and address customer feedback.
Monitor usage and provide information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Manage and report tasks to superiors following established procedures.
Conduct customer surveys, summarize results, and report findings to management as per the plan.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Enthusiastic, with a strong customer service mindset and a customer- centric approach.
Proficient in speaking and writing English.
At least 6 months of experience in Sales/Customer Service.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technology, telecommunications, or financial service companies.
