We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to join our Supply Chain division at DHL Vietnam. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by leading strategic sales initiatives, fostering key customer relationships, and managing large-scale accounts. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within target accounts, influencing key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and craft tailored logistics solutions.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure alignment with customer business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Finance) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Ensure ongoing business development by continuously reviewing market potential and creating strategic growth plans.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in a Commercial or Sales role within Contract Logistics or the Supply Chain industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving sales results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Fluent in English.
