Support the Talent Acquisition team&039;s efforts in building a strong employer brand, with main tasks as follows:
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth welcome for new team members and handling necessary paperwork.
Support to manage external communication channels and curate engaging social media content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, company website, Zalo, TikTok, and others.
Be prepared to take on additional tasks assigned by your Line Manager.
Support in monitor and report key performance metrics related to employer branding initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement employee experience programs as outlined in the company plan.

Creative, flexible, willing and open to learn.
Detail- oriented, organized, proactive.
Have a Laptop.
Knowledge of and able to use social media platforms, image & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,...).
3rd/4th- year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Marketing, or related majors.
Good communication skills.
