Job Summary

Establish and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident-free, healthy work environment that is compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures and employee communications regarding safety guidelines. Train employees in safe workplace practices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develops and implements general safety policies and procedures to be followed by company personnel in compliance with local, state, regional, and national safety and health rules and regulations.
Consults with all departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety programs.
Lays out manufacturing workspace to optimize safe working environment.
Formulates appropriate safety policies and guidelines.
Inspects or tours facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards.
Recommends corrective or preventative measures where indicated.
Keeps managers and employees alerted as to the hazards of working with toxic fumes, dangerous chemicals, and any other hazardous substances.
Develops training programs and communications to increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness.
Participates in accident/injury investigations.
Maintains safety files and records.
May report to management on health and safety issues and concerns.
Supports all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree with Related Majors
At least 5-6 years of experiences as EHS Engineer/ Senior EHS Engineer in a manufacturing company
Great experiences, skills and knowledge in machine safety, LOTO, crane hoist, lifting safety, contractor management
Good at English communication
Proactive
Good at problem solving skills

Hà Yến được thành lập từ năm 1993, là đơn vị đầu tiên sản xuất, cung cấp và thi công lắp đặt thiết bị bếp và giặt là công nghiệp tại Việt Nam. Trong gần 30 năm qua, Hà Yến đã hoàn thành trên 2500 dự án bếp và giặt là của các nhà hàng, khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng 4-5 sao, bếp ăn của nhà máy, trường học, bệnh viện… từ Bắc vào Nam. Một số dự án Khu nghỉ dưỡng và khách sạn tiêu biểu mà Hà Yến đã triển khai như: Hoiana Quảng Nam, JW Marriott, nhiều dự án của thương hiệu Vinpearl, Intercontinental, các khách sạn thuộc Tập đoàn Accor… Một số dự án canteen như: bếp ăn của nhà máy Vinfast, Honda VN, trường quốc tế KinderWord, bệnh viện Hồng Ngọc, Vinmec, Phương Đông,…

Chúng tôi cũng là đơn vị đầu tiên và duy nhất cho đến nay thường xuyên xuất khẩu đến các thị trường khắt khe như Nhật Bản, Hoa Kỳ, Canada, Ấn Độ, Hồng Kông, Singapore…
