Boost sale

• Establish an implementation plan
• Manage sales processes
• Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year

Data management

• Reports, analysis, make recommendations: Business index (APT, UPT…), commodity index, new & old customer data, retention rate, conversion rate

Operations Management

• Manage operating processes: operating standards
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Manage store image (VM)

Personnel managemen

• Recruiting, training and developing, motivating employees
• Manage attendance, shifts, schedule work
• Build a a professional culture and working environmentp

Customer relationship management

• Control customer experience
• Manage customer service process
• Survey customer satisfaction
• Search and expand client files

Merchandise Management

• Manage goods process: in/ out/ inventory……
• Evaluate goods at the store/ competitors/ market
• Buying

Other jobs as assigned by the Direct Manager

*** REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduating from college or higher
• At least 3 years management skills in luxury retail or similar qualifications/-
• English/ French/ Japanese or Chinese is an advantage-
• Experience in retail, cosmetic, executive management skills is an advantage -
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills-
